"Thank you for yet another amazing bag. I have bought my wife one every Christmas for most than a decade and she loves them. This time there was a note from Jodie who packed it with love which was a wonderful touch. However, my wife usually gets the bag in a beautiful clothes bag cover in which she keep them this had been replaced by a cheap paper bag! Also the iconic tag for keys are missing in the bag. Would you be able to send me a cloth bag and if possible a key tag which i am happy to stich in. Let me know, otherwise the bag is beautiful."
